By Commissioning me, you agree to my T.O.S.
Breaking my T.O.S may warrant blacklisting.
Commissions
• I try to keep my turnaround time to an average of 1-3 months. You can ask for updates every once in awhile (like monthly or so), but I will not tolerate requests for updates weekly or less.
╰‣ (Im human and deal with bad mental health so I don't always have the energy/ motivation for art but I will always get the art done!)
• I take payment upfront, you can definitely ask to pay after a sketch!
╰‣ (I take both paypal and deviantart points)
• Please do not give me a time limit on pieces, I do not do well with a due date so if you have gift ideas then a good time to ask about it is a month in advance!
• You can always ask for a refund but please give me about 2 months to provide it.
╰‣ (If theres a sketch then it will be a partial refund, You can either wait for completion, or I will give a Partial Refund (40%) and you will not receive any art.)
╰‣ (If I am onto coloring then you won't be receving a refund)
• Additional characters adds full price!
╰‣ (I can do a max of 3 charcters per piece.)
• I have a right to refuse a commission or ask for a different charcter to draw if they're too complex/too difficult. I will always try if they're a bit complex.
Customs/Designs
• Please credit me for og designs even when you do redesigns! Redesigns are perfectly fine with me just no Full Overhauls!
• You can turn any design of mine into a closed species! I don't care and you do not need to ask me about it; you have my permission.
╰‣ (You must credit me as og designer though when asked about the design, & do not remove my credit from TH)
• Please do not separate different designs of mine (in selling one but not the other form).
╰‣ (Such as a pony design with a human/furry etc design)
• When redesigning I will not fully overhaul anothers design, unless theres permission from the og designer!
• When designing I will only allow big changes during the sketching process, but when coloring I will only allow color & accessories changes etc.
• Adopt add-ons may take longer to complete as I may get some done then the rest done at a later date.
╰‣ (I cannot refund add-ons, but if its taking too long then I can offer to do multiple sketch pieces in replacement.)
• Do not force your own T.O.S on my designs!
╰‣ (Doesn't count for standard trade-back deals, mainly about enforcing a designer type T.O.S onto something you didnt design)
• I do not have any rules about reselling my designs. You can sell or trade them for whatever you feel is appropriate, all I ask is you don't upsell my designs.
╰‣ (meaning don't buy a character to resell at a much higher price without adding art.)
